You simply adjust the status on the application and it stays in your account. You are then free to contact the prospective homebuyer.

We provide you the seller with information on the local City, County and State wide programs that you can provide to the prospective homebuyer, the homebuyer is then better armed to purchase your home. The prospective homebuyer can take the information you the seller provide to their Lender to help with Financing and DownPayment Assistance. The Market is flush with funds and we at American Housing Programs can provide this information.
